Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
How to Return
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid DHL return label within 1 business day
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest DHL drop-off point
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll arrange this for you free of charge, subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original delivery charges.
Your Statutory Rights
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
