How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return it under our Returns Policy.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification with your DHL tracking number.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two options via DHL:
• DHL Free Shipping – 3 to 8 business days, at no cost
• DHL Express Shipping – 2 to 5 business days, paid at checkout
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your parcel on the DHL website.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on the UK market. Please contact us for international enquiries.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original condition. See our full Returns & Refunds page for details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if I received a faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
